As the first city marathon in China, North Malaysia has been in its 30 s.. Looking back on the 40-year history, the growth of North Malaysia has been accompanied by the rapid development of China’s reform and opening up and mass sports. In order to promote the construction of a sports power, implement the national strategy of national fitness, and help healthy China, it has led and represented the China Marathon out of a magnificent historical development process.
On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Party, the 40th Beijing Marathon will come as scheduled. The organizing committee will constantly improve the quality of the event, provide a well-organized, well-served and competitive and participatory sports and humanities feast for the majority of runners, celebrate and share through various forms of activities, carry forward and convey the noble feelings and touching stories of contemporary China people who "love their country and strive", and show China’s reform and opening up, China’s track and field career and marathon in the pursuit of the Chinese dream.
At present, all the work of the 2021 Beijing Marathon is being carried out in an orderly manner. The registration of contestants will be officially opened at 23:50 on October 1 and closed at 23:50 on October 4 for three days. *报名成功后报名费不予退还，名额仅限本人参赛，不允许转让。
注：如中签选手因个人原因无法满足赛前21天不离京要求，视为自动放弃参赛资格。选手应于10月22日（不含）前以邮件形式向组委会提出退费申请。逾期不予处理。

Registration qualification
(1) Volkswagen players

Note: The resident population in Beijing includes the following:
Beijing household registration personnel must sign up for the competition with their ID cards (including collective household registration personnel, they must sign up with their home page and their own account page);
Non-Beijing household registration personnel must sign up for the competition with their ID card and Beijing residence permit (or Beijing work residence permit);
Residents in Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao must sign up for the competition with Hong Kong and Macao residents’ passes to and from the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao residents’ residence permits;
Residents in Beijing and Taiwan Province must register for the competition with the residence permits of mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and Taiwan Province residents;
Foreigners in Beijing must register for the competition with their passports, valid visas and residence certificates that have lived in Beijing for 6 months;
Other people who meet the requirements of Beijing’s permanent population must sign up for the competition with other supporting materials.
(2) Specially invited athletes
The organizing committee invited outstanding domestic professionals to participate in the competition as special invitees.
Epidemic prevention requirements of players
(1) Volkswagen players
Volkswagen contestants must be registered as "Beijing Health Bao", and the health code of "Beijing Health Bao" is normal, and they must declare their health status every day from the 21st day before the competition.
1. The contestants must have stayed in Beijing 21 days before the competition, that is, from October 10th (inclusive) to October 31st (inclusive).
2. The contestants must submit the paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test issued by the regular testing institution in Beijing within 72 hours before the competition (after 7:30 on October 28th) and the paper version of the effective vaccination certificate that I completed the whole process of vaccination before October 15th (excluding) before receiving the entries.
3. Players are not allowed to participate in the competition in any of the following circumstances:
(1) The contestants and their common residents have a travel history or residence history in a high-risk area or a community with reported cases within 21 days before the competition;

(7) Participants themselves or their co-residents are risk occupational groups such as people who are in direct contact with imported goods, relevant employees at entry ports, and workers at centralized isolation points.
(2) Specially invited athletes
Specially invited athletes must comply with the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements, submit the paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before arriving in Beijing and 48 hours before the competition, and the paper version of the effective vaccination certificate that completed the whole course of new crown vaccination before October 15 (excluding), which will be arranged by the organizing Committee in a unified way and managed in a closed loop until the end of the competition.
